Romano Di Nillo, a Native Newfoundlander, and original member of Broadway's Come From Away, holds degrees from MUN and McGill. With a rich freelancing history, he's performed with the Canadian Opera Company, Toronto Symphony, K-W Symphony, Evergreen Gamelan, and earned a Dora award nomination for composition in BOXHEAD. Romano's drum set playing powered the national tour of Wicked, spanning 2600+ North American shows. In Broadway's CFA he logged over 1500 shows before moving to Stratford, Ontario, with his wife Christa. Today, he collaborates with artists like The Bookends and Loreena McKennitt, while crafting music for short films.
